About Us

G. Smillie Holdings Ltd is a small family-run business located in beautiful Squamish, BC.

Since 1985 we have been involved in new construction, renovations, commercial projects and property management.

Graham Smillie heads up the business and handles all the project management and construction details. Kathie Smillie runs the office and deals with the financial matters.

Son Kevin assists with the operation and running of various projects.

Over the past 30 years the Smillies have built more than 35 single family homes, several duplexes, commercial and mixed used buildings.
